FAQ

  Q. How do I keep my lenses clean? 4/24/2006
A.Always keep the lens surface clean. Dust, stains or finger prints will greatly reduce the sharpness of the image, and may also cause fungus growth during storage. If the external lens surface becomes dusty or smeared, first blow off with commercially available blower to prevent scratching when wiping the lens. Prepare liquid lens cleaner available at any camera shop and well-washed soft cloth or tissue paper. Moisten the cloth or tissue paper with a few drops of lens cleaner. Wipe the lens surface gently with a circular motion from center to edge. If the first wipe is not enough, repeat wiping with new face of cloth or tissue paper until the lens is clean. You can judge whether the lens is clean or not by examining the lens under light to an oblique angle.
